Whether you want to expand your yoga practice or start from the beginning, we can help. We offer classes in Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Gentle Flow, Beginners Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for all Stages of Menopause, Kids Yoga (age 6-11), Corporate Yoga or private one to ones.

We have classes suitable for all levels and focus on alignment for the individual. In a friendly environment we teach never to compare ourselves to others and that you really don't have to be flexible to do yoga.

Vinyasa Flow

A sequence of yoga moves put in a specific order which flow from one pose to the next to maximise the benefits on the body. The breath matches the movements and brings energy to the body through the fun and graceful style of the flow.


Gentle Flow

Like Vinyasa Flow but at a much slower pace with more focus on the breath and on relaxation.


Yoga for All Stages of Menopause

Private classes available with Becky and frequent workshops to use the tools of yoga to help with the bodies changes at this stage of your life. Using breathing techniques, different versions of postures to help strengthen the body and aid joint mobility, calming and relaxation skills to help with the symptoms and learning the adjustments we need to make to cope with our changing hormones.


Ashtanga Fusion

Using the traditional Ashtanga primary series yoga postures and practicing ujjayi breathing while mixing it up a little to keep it interesting. Each week will have different additions such as mobility training, core work, strength training etc


Beginners Yoga

Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey or if you want to refresh your memory, we start with the basics and build up a sequence. Focusing on connecting the postures with the breath and correct alignment.


Yin Yoga

While Yang yoga practices (Ashtanga, Vinyasa) physically target the 'superficial' muscles, in Yin yoga the deep connective tissues of the body are targeted - the ligaments, joints, bones and facscia. A Yin class usually consists of a series of passive floor poses held for 3 - 5 minutes, that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine, to remove tightness and blockages in the meridians. It is especially beneficial for runners, cyclists or anyone with a very active lifestyle. Suitable for all levels.


Kids Yoga (Ages 6 - 11)

A fun filled class designed to introduce children to yoga through varied weekly themes / stories with games. Helps your child to develop self confidence and self expression while improving concentration.


Private One to One Classes

If you are looking to learn some "yoga moves" before joining a class, or want a personalised yoga sequence that you can practice at home, or if you are working around injuries etc just let us know and we will be happy to help.
